The first 3 floors of the historical building, which sits on 60m2 and has a total of 360m2, are used as cafe, and the upper 3 floors as in 2 different apartment plans, one of which is a duplex. The building, which has an elevator shaft and a ready-made project, has a kitchen in the basement floors, an open balcony and wide terrace, is also suitable for business as a cafe, restaurant or boutique hotel, upon request.

During the renovations, the floors were enriched with useful storage areas. In order not to interfere with the exterior of the building and to preserve the facade in its original form, all additions such as air conditioning and ventilation were placed on the roof. Even the heaters and awnings on the ground floor are on steel beams, not on the building walls.
